Fixed Glass Ceiling; It is the application of covering open-topped terraces and spaces with Glass or Polycarbonate (Dampolon) materials after the formation of a skeleton structure using steel construction body or Aluminum poles. The vertical sections (front and side facades) are completely closed using folding glass, guillotine glass or sliding systems.
The outer ceiling section is glass. Optionally, it can be made and used in motorized or glass retractable ceiling systems.
In this way, terraces are no longer a useless space and are transformed into living spaces. In addition, flats with terraces generally have heating and waterproofing problems, and the cold coming from the outside directly affects the environment. For this reason, the temperature value in the environment decreases. It allows you to be in a warmer and more spacious environment in winter and autumn.
